1. Who we are

Pousaria operates this website for direct holiday home bookings. We are the controller of the personal data collected here under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law, LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

2. What data we collect

  • Booking data: full name, email, phone and optional CPF, needed to create and manage your booking.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider. We never store card numbers — we only store the transaction identifier (token).
  • Browsing data: basic technical information (pages visited, device type) used to keep the site working and secure.

3. How we use data

  • Process and confirm bookings (performance of a contract);
  • Send communications about your stay: confirmation, check-in, receipts;
  • Meet legal and tax obligations;
  • Send offers and news only with your permission (consent, which may be withdrawn at any time).

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with those who need it to fulfil your booking: payment providers, calendar management platforms and transactional email tools. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. How long we retain data

We retain booking data for the period required by tax and civil law. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.

6. Your rights (LGPD)

You may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion of data processed with consent and review of automated decisions. To exercise any right, write to [email protected].

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and data minimisation: we ask only for what is needed for the booking. In the event of a relevant security incident, you and Brazil’s ANPD will be informed as required by law.
